What I do.
I help founders and product teams design thoughtful digital products, align around direction, and move ideas forward. Engagements range from early product strategy and MVP definition through to hands-on product design, systems thinking, and team collaboration.

I often join startups and product teams as an embedded design partner, supporting product thinking, UX, workflows, systems, collaboration, and execution. Engagements range from short-term projects to ongoing fractional support.
—Workshops, advisory & coaching
I also run workshops, give design feedback, lead strategic conversations, and coach designers looking to grow their product thinking, communication, and influence.

I’m a strong fit for teams that value thoughtful collaboration, open communication, trust, and a healthy balance between strategy and execution. Many of the projects I take on involve simplifying complexity, shaping product direction, improving workflows, or helping teams move faster together.
Probably not the right fit if…
I tend to work best in collaborative environments where there’s room for discussion, exploration, and thoughtful problem solving. If the goal is purely high-volume production work or heavily siloed execution, I may not be the best fit.
Availability & Pricing
I work with a small number of clients at a time so I can stay closely involved and collaborative throughout each engagement.
Typical Pricing
$250/hr, $1,500/day, or around $5,500/week (USD).
Fixed project pricing is available for well-defined product, UX, or strategy work. Final rates depend on scope, complexity, timeline, and level of involvement. AUD rates are available on request for Australian clients.
—Invoicing
I’m a US citizen and work with clients internationally. For US engagements, I can invoice through a US LLC with US banking.
Time zone & working arrangements
I’m based in Sydney, Australia (AEST/AEDT) and work remotely with teams worldwide.
Most of my work is async-friendly, but I’m comfortable overlapping with US, European, and APAC teams for collaboration, workshops, reviews, and key product discussions. I usually aim for a couple hours of shared working time each day when needed.
