I care about clarity, craft, and continual improvement.
These values matter both in my own work and in how I support others. I like cutting through the noise, stress-testing ideas, and turning big thinking into things that actually work. I take the work seriously, but not myself. Curiosity, play, and thoughtful experimentation are how good ideas take shape.
Communication sits at the center of how I work.
I value simplicity, but not at the expense of depth, meaning, or precision. My goal is to make the complex feel clear, the abstract feel concrete, and ideas feel useful. I avoid vague advice and focus on insights you can apply, ones that spark curiosity and challenge assumptions.
Momentum is important for team morale.
Strategy and execution should move together, not in separate lanes. I believe in taking ownership, acting with intent, and shipping with care. Speed is powerful, but only when it is paired with quality. Great experiences come from thoughtful decisions and strong execution.

Outside of work
I spend my free time on side projects, working out at the gym, exploring neighborhoods, trying new cafes, cooking, and taking photos.
